Ben Alexander – Former Wallaby and Owner/Operator of The Dock Kingston

Brendan sits down with the most experienced prop in Australian rugby history, Ben Alexander, a veteran of 154 games for the ACT Brumbies and 72 appearances for the Wallabies to discuss mateship, mentors, health and wellbeing and life after rugby.

In recognition of Men’s Health Week, Blokepedia hosted a ‘Mateship and Mentors’ event at Ben’s pub, The Dock in Kingston, Canberra. Brendan and Ben were joined by former Canberra Raider, Terry Campese and the Founder of the Healthy Trade Project, Pip Seldon to share some stories and talk about the good mates and mentors they have had in their lives and why role models are important for our younger generations.
